"Poetry with light" is the subtitle or tagline associated with Forever Images. In my opinion it beautifully describes how I look at my work as a portrait photographer. Fascinating portrait photography that results in artistically delightful and gorgeous photos. Because my work is unique and obviously identifiable, I love to see it as art. My photos are more than purely the result of capturing and digitally storing of what we can see.

When I shoot children, like this portrait photo, I make sure they have a good time during the shoot. I take plenty of time but I am also very sharp when it comes to capturing that one moment. Photographing children is more about letting go and will always be more spontaneous and surprising. It literally reflects the way children themselves are. We can do a shoot on anywhere reasonable location. Indoors or outdoors. And of course in my photo studio. My studio is located in The Hague. Easily reachable by car (about 4 minutes from the A12 and A4) and parking right in front of the building. The Hague Central Station is a mere 6 minute walk. Here are some of my studio photos.
