Poetry with light

"Poetry with light" is the subtitle or tagline associated with Forever Images. For me, it honestly explains what Forever Images' portrait photography stand for. Fascinating portrait photography that results in artistically delightful and gorgeous photos. Because my work is unique and obviously identifiable, I love to see it as art. My photos are more than purely the result of capturing and digitally storing of what we can see.

How I do portrait photography

To create the portrait photos we are looking for, it is necessary that I understand what you want and that I can explain how we can achieve that. We always start a shoot with an introduction. I think it's important to know who you are and that you have an idea of who I am. Here I describe this in more detail. And on this page you can find an overview of my portrait photos. The way I do portrait photography is, of course, personal even when it’s done on a professional level. If you want to find out more about me and why I love photography and what the basis is from which I work, you can find my story here.

Surprising Children's Photo

Photographing children, like this portrait photo, is beautiful. The prerequisite is that they have a good time during the shoot. On the one hand, I leave them free and give them a lot of space. On the other hand, I'm on top of it. Children are unpredictable and sometimes difficult to steer. The shoot will always have a more spontaneous and surprising character. A perfect reflection of how children themselves are. When a child feels comfortable, is having fun and exploring a bit on their own, they always turn out great on photos! Here you can find more of my children's photos. I think you will see what I mean.

This is a beautiful photo in color ...

I really love this portrait photo, childrens photo color 827, in color. It has been given this description: Childrens photo beach shoes are not allowed | Portrait Photographer Michiel Borgart - Forever Images. And contains these tags: childrens photo color outside 2019-09-01 FIS19090101 portrait photographer Michiel Borgart Forever Images The Hague. Color photos are in general the preferred way to go. They can be beautifully lively or a great visualization of an atmosphere. But colors can also distract from other details or 'part of the story'. Black and white photos can be a remarkable alternative in some cases. B&W photography is my passion and specialty as a professional portrait photographer. To explain this a bit further, I wrote this page to tell you more about my Black and White Photography. To support this explaination, I created this portfolio page of my B&W photos.

Photo studio Forever Images in The Hague

Locations of a shoot can vary. I do shoots indoors and outdoors. There is also the possibility to do the shoot in my photo studio. It's located in The Hague. Comfortably reachable by car (about 4 minutes from the A4 and A12) and parking right in front of the building. The train station The Hague CS is about a 6 minute walk. Here are some of my studio photos. They give you a good impression of the possibilities.
