"Poetry with light" is the subtitle or tagline associated with Forever Images. For me, it honestly explains what Forever Images' portrait photography stand for. Fascinating portrait photography that results in artistically delightful and gorgeous photos. The fact that it’s clearly recognizable as my work, makes that I consider it to be art. Something completely different than a merely visual registration of something observable.

Photographing children, like this portrait photo, is beautiful. The prerequisite is that they have a good time during the shoot. On the one hand, I leave them free and give them a lot of space. On the other hand, I'm on top of it. Children are unpredictable and sometimes difficult to steer. The shoot will always have a more spontaneous and surprising character. A perfect reflection of how children themselves are. When a child feels comfortable, is having fun and exploring a bit on their own, they always turn out great on photos! I like to shoot on location (indoors or outdoors) and in my photo studio. It's located in The Hague. Easily reached by car (about 4 minutes from the A12 and A4) and parking right in front of the building. The Hague Central Station is about a 6 minute walk. Here are some of my studio photos. They give you a good impression of the possibilities.
