For me this is the most essential aspect that makes that I see my work as pieces of art. An artistic interpretation of a visual experience.

When I shoot children, like this portrait photo, I make sure they have a good time during the shoot. I take plenty of time but I am also very sharp when it comes to capturing that one moment. Photographing children is more about letting go and will always be more spontaneous and surprising. It literally reflects the way children themselves are. We can do a shoot on anywhere reasonable location. Indoors or outdoors. And of course in my photo studio. My studio is located in The Hague. Easily reachable by car (about 4 minutes from the A12 and A4) and parking right in front of the building. The Hague Central Station is a mere 6 minute walk. Here are some of my studio photos. They give you a good impression of the possibilities.
