"Poetry with light" is the subtitle or tagline associated with Forever Images. In my opinion it beautifully describes how I look at my work as a wedding photographer. Delicate wedding photography artistically leading to impressive and exquisite photos. The fact that it’s clearly recognizable as my work, makes that I consider it to be art. Something completely different than a merely visual registration of something observable.

Wedding photography is all about capturing (one of) the most beautiful day(s) of someone’s life. Translating a story, feeling, emotion or experience into wonderful and elegant wedding photos. To share and relive those special moments you always want to remember. To create a great print to hang on your the wall, a beautiful wedding album or whatever you may like. There is a lot more to it, here I describe how I do wedding photography. If you are curious, I created an collection of my wedding photos on this page. The way I do wedding photography is, of course, personal even when it’s done on a professional level. If you want to find out more about me and why I love photography and what the basis is from which I work, you can find my story here.
I really love this B&W photo. B&W photography is my specialty and passion as a professional wedding photographer. Black and white emphasizes the essence of the photo. It draws you more to certain lines and dynamics in the photo. The photo raises more and different questions. Questions such as "what is she thinking about?" or "what's happening?". I love to tell you more about this and wrote this page about my Black and White Photography. And I also like to share a part of my portfolio of B&W photos with you.
I like to shoot on location (indoors or outdoors) and in my photo studio. It's located in The Hague. Easily reached by car (about 4 minutes from the A12 and A4) and parking right in front of the building. The Hague Central Station is about a 6 minute walk.
