Poetry with light

"Poetry with light" is the subtitle or tagline associated with Forever Images. For me, it honestly explains what Forever Images' portrait photography stand for. Artistic portrait photography by creating uniquely beautiful and elegant photos. The fact that it’s clearly recognizable as my work, makes that I consider it to be art. Something completely different than a merely visual registration of something observable.

How I do portrait photography

To create the end result we are looking for, I need to understand how you envision that result. The second thing is that I can clarify how we can are going to get there. To do this in an enjoyable way, it's always best to get to know each other first. Of course there is more to be said about this. You can read more about my portrait photography over here. This page show some examples of my portrait photos. The way I do portrait photography is, of course, personal even when it’s done on a professional level. If you want to find out more about me and why I love photography and what the basis is from which I work, you can find my story here.

Spontaneous Children's Photo

When it comes to shooting kids, like this portrait photo, it's all the more important to have a good time during the shoot. On the one hand, more patience is needed, but at the same time it must also be possible to switch very quickly. Photographing children is less easy to plan or lead and will always be more spontaneous and surprising. Just like children themselves. When a child is having fun during the shoot, feeling safe and even being a little curious, great photos always come out! Here you can find more of my children's photos. I think you get what I mean.

Astonishing Black and White photo

I really love this B&W photo, Noah portrait photo black and white bnw 45. It has been given this description: Child photo in black and white B&W young who looks very vulnerable | Noah | Portrait Photographer Michiel Borgart - Forever Images. And contains these tags: portrait photo childrens portfolio black and white bnw photo studio Noah 2016-04-30 FIS16043001 portrait photographer Michiel Borgart Forever Images The Hague. B&W photography is my specialty and passion as a professional portrait photographer. Black and white photos can bring out a certain essence in a unique way. They often have a timeless character. More often than with color photos, you’ll never get bored by them and they can have the effect of being seen for the first time each time you lay your eyes on them. There's a lot to say about it and wrote this page to tell you a bit more about my Black and White Photography. To show you what I mean, I created this overview of my B&W photos.

Photo studio Forever Images in The Hague

We can do a shoot on anywhere reasonable location. Indoors or outdoors. And of course in my photo studio. My studio is located in The Hague. Easily reachable by car (about 4 minutes from the A12 and A4) and parking right in front of the building. The Hague Central Station is a mere 6 minute walk. This studio photo is a great example of what we can create together. It gives an impression of what is possible with light and shadow. Here you can find some of my studio photos. This is already nicely reflected in this color photo, but the power of light and shadow can be expressed even beter in a black and white photo.
